started out this morning and got 1/2 mile into it when the tolerable rain turned into straight-up DOWNpour. so i turned around, will re-attempt this evening...
ok, ran again in the evening and had a great run! i used my racing flats (1st time since last year!) and i dont know if it's b/c my feet felt light, but i felt good and strong and dare i say it... fast? yahooo!
i counted 35 foot strikes for each of my 20 second pickups.
