    I only got to swim one event. I literally got out of the pool and it started pouring down rain and thundering... Which was kinda cool!

    My knees hurt pretty bad on the hill. At the turnaround I tried a longer stride, that helped my knees ALOT! We walked about half a mile, warm up and cool down.
