Ran in random directions back and forth kind of near my house because I wasn't sure how my knees would cooperate. It feels the same - a little tender. I guess time will tell if it gets better or worse. I wanted to run 3 miles, so I wasn't all that shy of that. Ended up running 2.6 miles, walked a little at the end.
