Nia was craaaaaaazy. But it was very stress relieving to do silly hippie yoga tribal dancing haha. I did a little 20 min strength workout after for good measure.

Cherry does suck. I stay away at all costs. There's no shame in planning out less hilly runs :) Way to push through!
