    Ran 2 miles, walked the rest interspersed. My left knee was twinging so I stopped earlier than my goal of 3 miles today. Frustrated. Hopefully this doesn't last - figured I was better safe than sorry.

      You are definitely better safe than sorry (as someone who did not listen to myself last year)... good to stop for the day and get back at it when it feels better.

    Running against the wind most of the run and hills were hard! Ack! Cherry kills me. I don't think it's too bad until that one hill...you know the one. But, I made it, slowly but surely!

      Yep, Cherry is sadistic. With today's headwind it's down right demoralizing. I run that route every time I want a gut-check. Way to keep with it.
