    I did it! and a pretty decent time considering I walked up all the hills.

    Glad I got up early and did it.

    forgot to pre-puff on my inhaler so I had to walk more than I wanted to.
    Lovely day though...except for grass allergens

    had some left ankle pain so stopped a bit earlier than i wanted.

    Going to go do some ab videos now for good measure.

    hot!

    after I did push ups, sit ups, and side/plank holds - 2 sets, reps until muscles were fatigued.

    did 30 ring rows after for good measure.

    Soooooo tiring. Only could do 3 rounds + 1. Wall balls and burpees were a lethal combo.
