I had a great run. First time back since dropping off the face of this dailymile. I had to spend some time in recovery cause my knees got pretty bad. I'm better now. In the meantime I had kept up with my crossfit. I've had to do running there but mostly shorter runs. I'll be posting those workouts again soon.


Welcome back Carlos. I was wondering about you. Build up your miles slowly so that you don't aggravate your knees.
