Missed a PR by 2 minutes & beat my Donna half time by 11 minutes. Thrilled by this! Definitely the dumbest thing I've ever done considering I barely trained. (Longest run was 7 mi, track on Wednesdays & Crossfit 3-4x/wk) Had a blast running with Lisa.
