Resuming/catching up here at DM. It has been a difficult time physically with debilitating nerve and muscle pain. However—I did log some miles! \o/ Slowly but surely ... Will post later! ~Hugs to all!

It's a learning process for me :) I am getting much better at accepting unplanned rest days better than I used to :) I am actually not stressed about it. Yay for improvement!

Thank you, friends! It has been wonderful to greet a new month this week! Still decluttering ... had to s-l-o-w down several days in October. It was a difficult month physically.
