    Felt good, especially since my legs were tired from "running" this week. Just a sore knee now.

    Well my knee didn't hurt too bad. A little soreness. I started to run, and fast walked the rest of it. I wasn't tired, just mindful of this knee !

    Also did abs with the stability ball.

    Did a cardio routine on the treadmill while walking. Went from 0 incline to 6 & back continuously. Felt pretty good. Also did a full upper body weights session & abs on the stability ball.

    Tried to use an elliptical for the first time. Didn't work out so well... Lots of pain and pulling on my right side.
