Treadmill run. Blah. The daylight got away from me. I was looking forward to running, if for no other reason than to burn off some anxiety. I would have liked to get four miles in, but there are kids to feed and homework to be done. It's also very distracting to have a misbehaving child that needs discipline while you're trying to run. They always pick the most advantageous times to do naughty things. ;) Maybe I'll lift weights before bed. Or drink wine. I'm still deciding. Happy Monday everyone.
