    Started the morning with a 6am indoor cycling class with 42 other riders rockin' the room. I just LOVE the participants in that class!! They really know how to work.

    Long, moderate-paced swim to test out my shoulders in a (mostly) non-stop swim. They were fine. Only 3 more swims now before plunging into the reservoir at IM St. George!

    Highest intensity was at Lactate Threshold HR, lowest was 25 beats below Lactate Threshold HR. No recoveries. A steady ride on good roads, staying ahead of a cycling team so we didn't have to draft.
