      Yep:) I was glad when the trainer broke us into teams of 8.Which was pretty cool cuz being in teams there's a lot of comradery you usually don't have otherwise! We were moving we got all this done in 30. minutes.

      I thought that was a little slow for you. Way to bring your guys in! Funny I remember hating the 2 mi run and didn't run much faster than that, just barely past. But I just looked at it now and thought "That's all we ran?" lol I never realized the opportunity I was missing.
