      Sounds pretty good to me. That's how that relay treats most everybody :-) It's deceptive - tougher than it looks.

      Thanks Ruth. I think if I was putting in the proper amount of miles before this run it would made a world of difference. I was a little over zealous starting at a pace that I can not maintain even when I've been running more often. Live and learn right?
