    Warm up: 2000m run WOD: 20 push press, 30 pull ups, 40 kettlebell swings, 50 sit ups, 60 burpees. I must have sweat off 5 pounds on this one - and once again 100% humidity this morning.

    warm up: 2000m run. WOD: 8x300m row. Kept pace between 1:53-1:58/500m. The other girls did 8x400m runs - I opted to row to hopefully rest my ankle enough to keep it from catching for a while.
