Hoping this ache by my knees goes away soon! It is affecting me. Maybe I will speed walk the next few days to see if it takes the pain away.

I FINALLY did the two miles and I didn't stop once to walk! I am so proud of myself. I ran super slow at times, but I finally did it! It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. :)

I struggled a bit today, I was feeling very tired and weak, but I made it through. The route I took today was a bit hilly and made it difficult.
