Another hard session. Looking to see more definition, especially back. If these butt-kicking workouts don't do it, I don't know what will!!!
Back - 8 ex of 50 reps each (machine - 4 plates)
Tri's - 8 ex of 20 reps each (25#, 20# & 15# d.b.'s)
Abs - Lower, Upper & Oblique compressions
