great 50's the Magic Number! 01:00

This one was hard core baby, right from the first set of 50! Kept plates at 4 and really struggled keeping a quick pace. The last 10 reps of almost every exercise were killer! Well worth the time spent :)
Chest - 5 ex of 50 reps each, 50 pushups (5 sets of 10)
Back - 6 ex of 50 reps each
In between every 4th exercise, I through in 50 reps (lunges, skaters, jumping jacks) to keep the blood pumping.
Abs - floor work
