What can I say but, "Oh Hell Yeah!!!!" Felt awesome. Ran a 5 min., then walked 30-45 sec. intervals. This seems to be the perfect combo and was able to keep up a nice pace. By the way, love, love, love my new Brooks Launch. 2nd time out in them, 2nd awesome run :)
