    Slept in after too many days of work. 7:30 start. Wanted 14 but started getting calls. Half way through an 11day stretch. Ugh. I'm such a wuss.
    Happy with how my parts are holding up.

      You should compare the distances. My Garmin shows grass was about .15 mile shorter.

    With Mia, we played it smart and started slow. Warmup for 3 then stepped it up just a bit. 9:28 9:15 8:43 8:47 and we didn't die. Win!

      I think we must have carried at least an extra 5 lbs that morning from the the soaked clothing and shoes and the water bottles. I'm pooped too. Fun though.
