50 minutes on the spin cycle, listening to Faithless, Fatboy Slim and Rage Against The Machine! Think I'm getting a cold though, heart rate was up more than it should have been. Followed by weights (seated row, assisted pull up, chest press, fly, biceps curl, triceps press, shoulder press, lateral raise).
