    Frustrating day at work so I hit the gym. 15 minutes on the elliptical, some weights, 25 minutes on the treadmill and pyramid intervals on the spin cycle for 40 minutes.

    Free Sunday morning - did a bunch of machine weights, 30 minutes on the treadmill and a 45 minute spin class. Slowly getting back into it after a few weeks of illness and a fattening Diwali.

    Just joined the gym - went for a quick 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the cross trainer. Luckily it's only 20 metres from our door.

    Upped the pace, feeling quite a bit quicker after intervals last Tuesday! May have pushed a bit too hard at first - felt quite nauseous!

    Jogged to the track and then did 3x800m with a 90 sec rest in between each, 180 second rest then another 3x800m with 90 secs in between.

    Tried upping the pace and got a serious stitch. Like someone was twisting a knife in my side! Anyway, beautiful weather and it was nice to see more of London.

    First run in the morning - great. Beautiful weather and almost no one out on the road. Just need to figure out how to up my pace by about two minutes a mile!

    6km on the treadmill, 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 pyramid on the spinner and then about 10 minutes punching a punch bag!

    Hard work, had to stop after 1.5 miles because of major stitch. Anyway, nice to be out running again.
