      You look like you are ready for Williamsburg - That's a big brick workout. You should feel strong knowing that you did a longer bike and run than needed. Williamsburg was supposed to be my June race but I waited to long to plan it all out. Good luck next week!

      Thanks. Yes probably shouldn't have done a workout the length if my race the week before the race but I needed it to know I could do that run. Sorry your not doing it. From what I've heard it's a beautiful area

      Great swim! I admire your determination! I am a swimmer, so sometimes I don't spend enough time in the pool b/c the tri swim comes so easy for me. You have inspired me to not take it for granted and get back into the pool!
