What can I say about the class at lunch today!!! Well we did a pyramid with partners. 10-20-30-20-10. Alternating doing the dirty work (counting) while your partner had to do their own torture of a workout lol
Burpee's, push-ups, wood chopper and the ever so great jump squats..in between sets were lunges, planks, jumping jacks and mountain climbers.
