    Nice evening ride though it was windy. Rode with two women riders. Glad to find a group of women who I can ride with.

      Sridevi garu, it will take time (2 weeks) to adjust to the aerobic pace. You will have to do 2 things:
      - Let go of ego to run fast (very hard)
      - Stop watching the pace as you run, and only watch your HR.
      It will come if you persist!! Good luck!

    An unexpected 21km. Planned only 16, thanks to Sandeep Raj and Navneet, pushed it to 21km.
