Recovery on a solid footing. 30 mins walking @ 4.5 kmph, 4% incline, HR avg 85. Then 30 mins on lemons bike, level 4, 98 to 100 cadence, HR avg 90. Evening will be 1 hr easy Yoga. Will step up time first until I hit 2hrs non stop aerobics, then up the intensity...mentally v happy that my heart is healing
