after my afib/catheter ablation op i'd be happy to cruise @ 25 kmph for 3 hrs with my hr at 105 to 110. weight down to 185 from 213(dec '09)>198(dec 2010)

    Avg cadence 70. HR 82, Watts 40 with a peak of 60...this was hard on the quads as they are still weak. 215 calories. Level 3 and 5. Every stat better than what I did 2 days ago.

      I have been sticking to the routine of running on an empty stomach since the start of this year. Need to check my weight now and see if I have made improvements.
