I'm considering buying a stability ball, but I have this fear that I'd fall off it all the time and not be able to do the exercises properly. Is it hard?

Sorry Ida I never got to your question until now. I don't think it is too hard to sit or use a stability ball, but if you are afraid to fall off you can always stabilize the ball by placing a towel around the bottom or something else to hold it steady. Or if needed place the ball against the wall or couch if it tries to roll away during some exercises. Some of the exercises can be difficult at first but most have ways to make them easier or harder. If you can I would try to find a class near you to start

When my friend and I went to transfer orientaion at our new school we lost our car and had to hike around the campus for over an HOUR! All of those parking lots were looking the same.

Haha I can only imagine! I'm sure your school is a lot bigger. I don't think ours is that hard to navigate but sometimes I am stunned by the questions freshmen ask me. They are usually standing near the building they are looking for.

I figure it doesn't matter where you walk to, or why your walking, as long as your walking.

good Exercise Ball stuff 01:00
I'm not quite sure what to call it so I'll call it circuit training with my big ball. :) It felt good. My calves and shoulders/arms are sure feeling it though.

great Yoga X 01:30
I feel all loosey goosey now, and very balanced. I refused to think about anything other than what I was doing.

Nice job! I really need to start doing yoga, for stretching.

I had watched a video about a paraplegic yoga instructer, and how he uses yoga to feel whole with his body even though he can't physically feel his feet. I just spend the entire time tuning into every sensation of my body, pushing up with my head, pushing down with my feet, reaching with my hands, and registering every muscle. It was a whole new experience, than I usually have. I finished feeling all tingley and, even though I've been in a rough patch lately, I had no care in the world.

Great Performance:
I know that feeling! It's what makes yoga wonderful, but it requires plenty of focus and concentration - Good job!

That's a great goal! You can do it! I did the 30 days of biking last year (bike every day for the month of april), it was tough, but I managed to do it somehow. Lol

Sort of related. The headache came from some incense burning at a friend's house, and I was there because I needed to talk to someone.

good To the park, around it and back. 2.5 mi 00:45 18:00 pace
I'm estimating the time and distance. I know it is a mile-ish to the park and a mile-ish back, and the park isn't small so that is my best guestimate.
