Treadmill again. Incline of 2. Need to stop talking to myself. 25 minutes of continuous running accompanied by the mental chatter of "I have to stop, no, I can keep going, no, I have to stop, no, I can keep going..." is getting to be a bit boring, especially since I've now proved that I CAN keep going for 25 minutes. Shut up already, brain.
