  1. RUN
    alright Treadmill 1.7 mi 00:25 14:42 pace

Running pace was 14:14, did a 1.5 miles, finished with walking. So, good pace, but my stomach felt a little blech and decided it was just time to quit.

  2. RUN
    great Treadmill 2.02 mi 00:30 14:51 pace

15 minutes running, 5 walking, 10 running. I almost hate to admit this, but Taio Cruz singing "Dynamite" ended up on repeat on the iPod for awhile, something about that one keeps me going...

great Yoga for Runners pre/post run... 00:30

I am so glad I found this app. I like having her tell me what to do and for how long, I don't think I stretch long enough when I do it on my own.

That's actually what it's called: Yoga For Runners. I can't remember if it was free or not, but it was worth it, even if I had to pay for it!

  4. RUN
    good treadmill 2 mi 00:31 15:18 pace

I usually warm up with 5 min of walking, but today I just started running, and did a whole mile in 15 minutes. After that was walking/running/walking. Felt pretty good.

Great run, awesome that you were able to run 15 min continuous. I have a really hard time doing that.

  9. RUN
    good treadmill 1.6 mi 00:24 14:55 pace

The high school musical is over, Thanksgiving is over, my back is almost completely better: it is time to get back on this horse (again...).

  10. RUN
    alright treadmill 1.62 mi 00:25 15:25 pace

I decided to just walk/jog/walk as the spirit moved me. My longest run was 7 minutes straight. Trying to take it slowly, but also trying to avoid being a complete wimp and not push as hard as I cou... read more

What an awesome feeling! I got a little taste of that yesterday. Spent the first 20 mins thinking I was going to die and how could I possibly run 25 mins, and the last five or so felt like I could have kept going. Great job!!!

I just need to get past the first 5 or 10 and then I'm good, but you're right, around 15-20 something clicks and it feels great. WTG on beating the mental monster and finding that "happy place"!!! :)

You will find that the dreadmill and running outside are no where near the same. I put the same effort in outside and I run faster than when inside on the dreadmill with the same effort. If you want to mimic running outside on your dreadmill, increase the elevation to between 1-2 as well. If you haven't noticed already I hate running on a dreadmill lol! Good job on getting outside, running is so much more enjoyable that way!
