good Canal & Camden Long Run 26.86 km 02:48 10:03 pace

I ran this one with my buddies Chris & Juell on Juell's route up along the canal to Camden, then down through the city to shoreditch where we parted. Wet and very windy in places but enjoyable. Ran this on an empty stomach to simulate the latter parts of a marathon, lasting until 13mi (Old Street) before I had a date and a sip of water. Back home now for a big breakfast!!
