    since its finally winter i learned a bunch about running in temps around 10-15 degrees. Fact 1 - the gatorade you have in your fuel belt stops being gatorade and becomes slushy.

      Thanks, though to be fair it was on the treadmill, it always seems easier to speed up on the treadmill :)
