    Bobby Lake TH to Maiden Peak and back and then to intersection to work, with out-and-back to Bobby Lake and hike out after standing at intersection for 4 hours. 17 miles running, 2 hiking

    1 mi to gym, 3 mi on treadmill @ 15% grade @ 12:30 pace (37:30 total) for total of 2400 ft climb (800 ft/mile). main goal here was to keep running for a sustained uphill slog. sweating like a pig.

    planned to do tempo surges w/ robyn (2 mi, then 3 mi), but we did one, and opted to just cruise in. felt surprisingly good after feeling completely dead tues/wed. 2 mi @ 6:15 pace.
