    30 minute run. Did the lovely one song run, one song walk. Felt AMAZING! No knee trouble, no foot grumbling, no stomach ache. If only every 5:30AM felt that good. :-) Smiles for this Monday.

    A wee bit chilly out there, but it was nice to finally get some miles outside. Still slower than turtles stampeding through peanut butter but at least I'm getting miles in.

      I did the same thing, Katie: I reactivated my account last week to track my recovery. I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis since October. Besides, you can't beat dailymile's donut tracker. HA! Looking forward to reading your posts!

    Great run. Nice breeze and a couple hills. Felt pretty darn good. Mostly because my love finally managed to remove a painful knot from my hamstring yesterday. He is the best! <3 #runnerlove
