    Felt good to get out and stretch the legs. This sets the base line time for the year. Goal for the year to get down to 33:00. Next chance to improve is next weekend in Madison.

    long race 25 was Saturday. 23 half 2 full 3 relays 2 5k and a 10k worth of medals as I start year 4. Plenty of others without medals. Going slow this year but adding a Tri to mix.

      Nice job on the Half Relay. I cheered some runners before heading to Wesley Church (just off the route). The wind got worse later in the day when I went out. Super glad to hear your knee is better.
