      a group ride sponsored by some local businesses...entry fee is an unopened package of child's size undergarments to be distributed to the underprivledged. Hence the name "Underwear ride".

    Pretty windy today. I'm terrible in the wind.....really slowed me down. Whenever the wind died down I could regain decent speeds. Happy to get some exercise at any rate.

    Walk/Run with Emma (my 10 year old).Don't know pace or time. Happy to spend some one on one time with my oldest...but now I certainly understand why I'm a cyclist and not a runner.

    Great weather. Pushed to try to do a fast time. But probably pushed too hard, too early and the legs just gave up...rolled home a little early.

    Ride to raise $ for MS research. Temps reached 85 during the ride. Legs were really tired for the last 20 miles or so. It was really fun.

      Thanks! I was at about 16.5 average sometime after mile 50...but it came down fast. Next time I'll try to start slower and pick it up later...it's just too tempting to go for it when the legs are still fresh.
