  7. I ate out at Kelsey's yesterday and did what WW suggested. I only ate half of what was on my plate and took the rest home.. Now for working out today to burn off the Pasta, my carb weakness.

    Went well, I miss British Columbia, the mountain terrain allowed me to get three times the work out versus power walking in Ontario. I ate some junkfood today but will get back on track tomorrow.
