    great to be back on DM (after working 60 hr weeks for 2 months)--- I finally feel able to add a workout at end of day (lost 14lbs in 8 weeks thus far) 209LBS currently GOAL 195LBS!!!

      as I sit here reading through my tears I think about what a great job your mom did raising you! That is just such a beautiful tribute to a wonderful woman! I lost my mom 3 years ago and miss her dearly. She was also a great mom!
