Did back-to-back trainer workouts this morning while catching up on TV. Nice little sweat session. It makes it easier to ride the trainer when I know the weather outside is nasty so I'm not missing much. Today I worked in the big chain ring and small cogs a lot. From those I've talked to who have done CDA, it's VERY hilly. I need the leg strength! After round one I then worked some more hill sprints and increasing climbs. Virtual climbs that is. And otherwise just spinning in what felt like a tough gear. Off to brunch to fill up on the calories burned!
