Sudden drop in motivation in the last two days. This seems to come and go every few weeks or so. Part of it may have been a delayed fatigue from the weekend. Later in the day on Tuesday after my morning spin session I developed some pain in what I think may be my right piriformis. I feel like someone punched me really hard in the right butt cheek on the side! I took Wednesday off and opted out of tonight's run workout in lieu of the trainer at home. I still felt the stiffness in the same area. Definitely going to stretch and massage this. Maybe with a tennis ball? In any case, I just did some spinning tonight since it was late and I didn't want to bother my neighbors or further aggravate my pain. Oh, and I may have also been trying to pay attention to a few movies ("A Serious Man" and "Food Inc.").
