My legs were definitely tired today - not sore from the weekend's rides - just kind of "out of juice." I slugged through the workout though. I'm continually mystified by people in spin class who do everything wrong, yet get their asses to the gym so early in the morning. They seem to be defeating the purpose. Like the one girl who spins with NO RESISTANCE, barely breaking a sweat. She is an addict and I see her spinning 24/7. She always wears long sleeves and long pants even though it's like 90,000 degrees in there once you start class. I suspect this is because she weights 80 or 90 pounds and may have some sort of "disorder." Then there are the people who violently move their upper bodies while attempting to turn over the pedals. Really, people? I nearly was hit by one who was sitting next to me today.

    whoa, that's quite a pace on the spin for outta juice! I workout so I can eat portions that are meant for someone 3x my size. It's pretty sad to see someone on a literally self-destructive cycle. And on the other side you have someone with A++ with too much effort! As long as they don't hurt themselves (or you!), I guess it's not a bad thing?
