      I think I'm feeling the after-effects of this run. My lower right leg is feeling some weird pain. Almost like I hyper-extended it or something. The discomfort is almost in the back of my knee. Hmm. I hope this goes away so I can be ready for Saturday's race!

      whoa, that's quite a pace on the spin for outta juice! I workout so I can eat portions that are meant for someone 3x my size. It's pretty sad to see someone on a literally self-destructive cycle. And on the other side you have someone with A++ with too much effort! As long as they don't hurt themselves (or you!), I guess it's not a bad thing?
