Beautiful morning. Trying hard to concentrate on running style. Forefoot striking does not seem to come naturally, I think I'm possibly more of a mid-footer. Anyway, paying close attention to running form appears to have it's benefits. Pace times higher than expected for effort I felt I was putting in.

Keeping an eye on style is going to take some effort, and probably a change of shoes.

    Great work today; also think its a great idea to refine biomechanics and form as one gains more prowess and experience over time.

    I'm doing the same to try and overcome a left knee pain (since 2 years now). It's a bit hard to change one's "natural" stride but I think if we keep focusing on it it will eventually come naturally. And yes my pace seems also to be slowly increasing. Keep it up.
