Had one of those days where everything clicked. I've been sleeping better, eating better, running better. Today was a real highlight, representing a decent hike in weekly mileage without injury and without running like a wobbly zombie.

Quite pleased with overall pace, even managing to put in a 9:09 at mile 13, which is fast for me.

Used just one carb gel today, and I think that's enough. Avoided the wine last night too - that *definitely* helps.
