My ham and glute on the one side is so painful....I was wondering if I may have pulled it. Took this at my body's pace and it felt nice :)

    I think I just pulled a muscle or something during the last zwow. I think it'll be fine if I just keep rolling, stretching and icing :) but thanks for being so supportive JP!!! Have a great weekend !

    You too... don't be so exuberant, I've noticed that premature (before you have the strength built for it) exuberance usually has a price attached! Note how ballet dancers have to endlessly train for each little move and muscle. There's a good reason for that! Have a nice weekend. I'll be in Hamilton clearing out a tenant's junk so I can get the place fixed and rented.
