super awesome - 5 mins warm up jog, 10 mins alternating between my average pace 30 secs and my FASTEST possible pace 30 secs. Cool jog 5 mins. NICE WORKOUT!


Nice workout. I always have trouble with speed workouts! Must be from my school days when my coach would make me run intill I PUKED!
