CRAZY workout first thing in the morning ;)
4 pushup burpees to start and on the minute every minute.....all while I am trying to get through these reps until completed:
30 of each:
chair hops (I did 60)
tricep dips (knees bent)
plie squat jumps
RDL squat twists (I subbed out for pistol squats to get this workout over faster)
8X4 burpees = 32 burpees :)
