I woke up worse than I was yesterday, but I'm not letting this sickness take me down! (as it hasn't got a firm grasp yet) so I stuck to my plan and did a ZWOW - 3 rounds TIMED PLUS 30 burpees to start it off :)
20 pylo fly squats
15 overhead squat presses (10 lbs)
10 lateral jump lunges
5 ab splitters
