Tough workout: 3 rounds of the following:
10 dive bomber pushups (I did modified on knees - still not strong enough)
5 burpees/with pushup
squat leg lifts (20/20)
5 burpees/with pushup
pulsing side planks (10/10)
5 burpees/with pushup
pistol squats (10/10)
5 burpees/with pushup

WOW! then I added on my 30/30 pulsing side planks for today afterwards ARGH!
