I started this run defeated, slow and totally hating running. At .5 miles in I was at an almost 12 min pace and I said "SCREW THIS ATTITUDE!" I started pushing myself, but never to a place where breathing was hard. I KNOW I can run fast I've just been scared to do it again. This run left me feeling confident, proud of myself and completely pain free. I'm happy!
