I started this run defeated, slow and totally hating running. At .5 miles in I was at an almost 12 min pace and I said "SCREW THIS ATTITUDE!" I started pushing myself, but never to a place where breathing was hard. I KNOW I can run fast I've just been scared to do it again. This run left me feeling confident, proud of myself and completely pain free. I'm happy!

Good for you! The right attitude sure helps! I always tell myself "This is not so bad, this is pretty good" when I am swimming... it helps... I hate it less...
