30 sec tabatas, 10 exercises, 2 rounds - NO BREAKS! AHHHHHHHHHH. jump side planks, side crunches (knee to elbow), repeat for both sides. Then alternating side squats, alternating pushups, knee hugs, elbow planks, bike pushups, planks jumps. REPEAT CIRCUIT!
