great Speedwork with Rex :) (4X800's) 3 mi 00:32 10:35 pace

Ran loops down my street and the parallel one - exactly 800 meters on both google maps and my nike+ :) I left my water bottle and Rex on the lawn and only grabbed him for the 400 meter jogs and cool down :) I walked 400 before 400 after. My goal for speedwork was 4:45 - my warm up jog was that!!! I was much faster than I thought - gotta reassess the plan :)
