10 min time limit. complete as many rounds as possible: 15 dynamic squats, 15 kick ups, 10 dive bomber pushups (I had to do them on my knees) & 10 prisoner get ups.
This workout was very hard for me. I only got 3 rounds in :( so 45 dynamic squats, 45 kick ups, 30 dive bombers and 30 prisoner get ups <----- those things suck!
